1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the AB Taxis Colchester services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Booking Services
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking at our discretion. While we strive to be punctual, we are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. User Conduct
Passengers are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards drivers and other passengers. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged accordingly. Alcohol and food consumption are at the driver's discretion.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled pickup time may incur a cancellation fee. Refunds for pre-paid journeys will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall AB Taxis Colchester be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
